Andrew Bailey
Co-Founder
Andrew’s extensive executive search career has taken him from Australia, Singapore, Turkey and now the United Arab Emirates, where he has lived in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai. This has allowed him to develop a truly global in-person network, not just virtual relationships. He has represented numerous organisations of all shapes and sizes to attract the very best talent, and has worked for both publicly listed and boutique search practices allowing him to understand what works best, and when. He has a background in accounting, however soon realised the people game excites him more.
Andrew is an avid traveller, loves diving into new cultures and is an ancient history nerd - he even authored a book on Ancient Greece.
His favourite quote comes from Socrates; 'The only true wisdom is in knowing you know nothing.'

Navin is a Dubai native through and through. His journey has been an incredible mix of connecting with people (something he has loved since early days) and building a strong network in the vibrant city he calls home.
Professionally, he is all about talent acquisition, especially across various industries like Real Estate, Luxury Hospitality, Aviation, Investment, and even Family Office & Financial Services. The Middle East's dynamic landscape has been the perfect backdrop for his career.
Outside of work, you'll find him feeding his passion for travel. He is a bit of a petrol head and loves creating content about his travels. It's all about the journey, both on the road and in life!
